The countess is a very speedy Hero with a super that can help it move around and act as a finisher to a low health enemy. This super also heals the countess, giving her some self sustain so she can continue to cause some disruption on the board.

Deck Suggestion
Since the Countess can jump around the area to finish off low HP units, you can use units like the Wizard to deal some area damage and potentially be able to pick enemies off with Countess' super. The super often goes for enemy's ranged units due to their low HP pool, so you can either use more frontline Minis so the Countess can work like a Miner, or bring the Archer to act as a support to deal damage against the enemy backline.
Counters
If you don't use any ranged or any units with low HP, you probably don't have to worry too much about Countess teleporting around the area and picking off your rangers from far away.
Dissipate effects like the ones from Mini P.E.K.K.A, Magic Archer, or Electro Wizard are decent options, but not going to be that effective due to Countess' low energy cost. Electro Wizard at least has both dissipate and stun to be good, but it's quite costly
Wizard has a healing reduction effect as one of his upgrades. Which can at least lessen the Countess' survivability to help you take her down.
If the Countess' level is only 1, you can actually one-shot her with Spear Goblin after getting "Strong Arm". If her level is higher, this can at least still take 80~90% of her HP if the spear lands.
Fisherman if it lands will also be very good since you'll be able to rush her with your entire team. But unlike Archer Queen where most players often place her at the last row, the Countess is a little more flexible in her starting position, so this can be harder to guess.
